Busylight not working properly

Before you start, make sure that the Busylight app is open. Double click the Busylight shortcut on your desktop.

1. The first step is to sign out from MS Teams :

In the top-right corner of the screen, you’ll see your profile picture or initials. Click on it to open the profile menu. Then click Sign out.

2. The sign in screen of Teams will pop-up. Sign in.

If this will not fix the issue with Busylight then :


 
1. Close MS Teams (see screenshot below)

2. When you quit Teams right click to the Busylight and click reset

3. Re-open teams.
