Fix drag & drop to pdf not working issue in Groupwise
Summary
With the latest Microsoft edge update version 141, the Drag & Drop to PDF option from Groupwise its not working.
Here is how to fix it by switching GroupWise client to use Google Chrome, which must be installed through Zenworks.
- In Groupwise go to Tools > Options
- Double click in the "Environment" option.
- Under "General" Find the "HTML Browser:" option and change it to Google Chrome.
This should fix the issue with the Drag & Drop to PDF in Groupwise.
