Filr not working properly on Pixel or Tablet

If Filr doesn’t work on your work device (Smartphone or tablet)

Please Close the app and try to re-open it:

Swipe up from the bottom of the screen, hold and release to see all the open apps , then find Filr and swipe up to close it. Find Filr and re-open it.

If the issue remains, then Reboot your device.

If after the Reboot of the device Filr still doesn’t work then we have to clear the cache files :

Press and hold the app icon and a menu will pop up.

Click the App info button (i) on the right corner (see screenshot).

Then click storage (see screenshot) or Storage & Cache in Pixel devices.

Click clear cache.

Try to re-open the app.

If still doesn’t work, then clear data as well .
