Due to a damaged HDMI port on the TV, we are using an HDMI splitter to allow switching between the meeting room PC and any external device.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1.  Locate the HDMI Cable

·       Inside the cabinet in the meeting room, you’ll find a long HDMI cable.

·       This cable is intended for connecting external laptops.

2.  Connect Your Laptop

·       Plug one end of the HDMI cable into your laptop’s HDMI port.

·       Plug the other end into the HDMI input port below the soundbar/webcam on the TV wall setup.

3.  Switch HDMI Input via Splitter

·       Go to the right-hand side of the TV, behind the screen.

·       You’ll find a small HDMI splitter device with a button.

·       Press the button to switch input from the Meeting Room PC to the Laptop (and vice versa if needed).

·       It may take a second or two for the TV to detect the new input.
